Jagan Kumar from TVS and RACR’s Rajini Krishnan shared wins in the Indian Motorcycle Racing Championship’s (IMRC) Super Sport category at the Madras Motor Race Track.
Ami Van Poederooijen won overall in the combined Pro Stock and Super Sport category, but Jagan took victory in 130-165cc category having started on pole. According to reports, Kumar battled teammate Kanan Subramanium. Yanseen Ahamed finished third, helping TVS take all three spots on the podium.
Poederooijen won in 300-400cc category, Abhishek V finished second as Siddhanth K completed the podium taking third. In the Pro Stock 156cc category, Ten10’s Hari Krishnan took win as Rajiv Sethu made it Honda one and two on the podium with RACR’s Dinesh Kumar in third.
In Race 2, RACR turned things around with Krishnan and Deepak finishing first and second. Krishnan came charging through row three in a mixed group of 130-165cc, 300-400cc and Pro Stock 165cc category. Jagan took a win for TVS in third, closely followed by Sarath riding the Honda.
The Pro Stock 156cc category had yet another Ten10 one and two with Hari taking first followed by teammate Sethu. Coming in third was RACR’s Kumar.
