- Upcoming Jawa cruiser motorcycle spied testing
- Offers a relaxed riding stance
- To compete against the Royal Enfield Meteor 350
Classic Legends is reportedly gearing up to launch multiple new Jawa motorcycles in India next year. While there aren’t concrete details available about these bikes, one of the upcoming offerings has been spied testing for the second time. It boasts a cruiser stance and will closely compete against the Royal Enfield Meteor 350.
The new spy shots give a clearer look at the styling and ergonomics of the bike. Typical of a cruiser, it incorporates a low-slung stance with a long wheelbase, and the ergonomics are also laid-back. There’s an easy-to-reach, pulled back handlebar accompanied by forward-set footpegs that should be comfortable for long-distance riding.
Similar to the existing Jawa Perak, this cruiser features a factory-custom look with a blacked-out theme all around. The alloy wheels, engine casing, exhaust, swing arm, and mirrors are all finished in black. The engine is likely to be the same unit that does duty on the Perak bobber. This 334cc, liquid-cooled motor churns out 30bhp of power and 32.74Nm of peak torque and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
The exact launch timeline of this Jawa cruiser is not known yet. However, Classic Legends is all set to bring back the iconic Yezdi brand on 13 January, 2022 by launching its first product which will most likely be the new Roadking.
