Goa-based startup, Kabira Mobility had launched its two electric motorcycles- the KM3000 and KM4000 in India last month with pre-bookings commencing on the same day.
And now, the company claims to have received over 6,000 bookings for the motorcycles from Goa, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu collectively. Kabira Mobility has announced that it would begin deliveries from 1 May, 2021.
Now the fully-faired KM 3000 which resembles the Kawasaki Ninja 300 costs Rs 1,26,990, and the KM 4000 that seems to draw inspiration from the Kawasaki Z1000 is priced at Rs 1,36,990. The two come powered by a 6kW motor and 8kW motor respectively. These motors are mated to 4.0 kWh and 4.4 kWh batteries that offer a range of upto 150km (KM 4000). Now the KM 3000 has a claimed top speed of 100kmph while the company claims a top-speed of 120kmph for the KM 4000.
