Kawasaki Indonesia has announced that the pre-bookings for the new Ninja ZX-25R are open. The motorcycle will be available at the dealerships in Indonesia on 4 April 2020, and the Japanese brand may announce its launch and prices on the same day.
Apart from announcing the pre-bookings, Kawasaki has also released a promotional video of its new quarter-litre, inline four-cylinder motorcycle. The Kawasaki Racing Team’s World Superbike rider, Jonathan Rea rode the motorcycle Jerez Circuit in Spain. While the motorcycle has been completely revealed, the two-wheeler brand is yet to announce the power and torque output numbers. The quarter-litre motorcycle uses an inline-four-cylinder engine. Rumours suggest that the motor will produce 59bhp of maximum power. The engine uses a six-speed gearbox that features a quick-shifter.
The feature list on the motorcycle comprises of twin-pod LED headlight, an LED taillight, muscular fuel tank, split-style saddle, inverted telescopic Separate Function Forks at the front and a horizontal back-link suspension at the rear. The safety net on the motorcycle comprises of traction control and selectable power modes (Full or Low).
While the pre-bookings are open in Indonesia, the Indian launch details are yet to be announced.
