- Bookings open from 26 January
- Teased on the brand’s official website
- Pre-booking amount set to Rs. 500
In June 2023, we reported that the Luna was going to make a comeback as an electric vehicle. Now, Kinetic Green has officially teased the E-Luna on its official website and also commenced its official bookings. The token amount has been set to just Rs. 500 and the official launch is slated for February.
The upcoming E-Luna will borrow its purposeful bodywork from the predecessor model. The structure appears simple and the scooter gets a square headlight and a split seat, with storage space near the spine. From the image that we had leaked earlier, we also know that the E-Luna could get an LCD cluster. The battery and motor details are yet to be known.
The hardware setup seems quite simple and will comprise telescopic front forks and dual rear springs. The braking duties will be handled by drum brakes at both ends. Since the E-Luna will be oriented towards last-mile delivery, its asking price is likely to be on the affordable side. Along with metro and Tier 1 cities, Kinetic will also cater to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Interested buyers can reserve their slot for the E-Luna on the brand’s official website with the city and dealers listed.
