Electric two-wheeler maker, Komaki has announced a price cut for its products, TN-95 and the SE. The Komaki TN-95 is available with a subsidy of Rs 20,000 while the Komaki SE has seen a price cut of Rs 15,000 in Delhi.
Speaking about the subsidy, Gunjan Malhotra, Director, Komaki Electric Vehicle Division, said that the subsidy is aimed at accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles in the city that has intense levels of air pollution and an extremely poor air quality index.
To ensure the safety of its customers during the Coronavirus pandemic, the company recently launched its online vehicle booking system. Apart from online bookings, customers can also visit Komaki’s new outlet in the National Capital to test ride and book the electric vehicles. The company currently operates in Delhi, Kerala, Gujrat, Karnataka, and West Bengal.
Talking about the online booking feature, Malhotra added that the demand has not gone down despite the pandemic. The company is getting more booking requests than ever, which is why it has introduced the online booking feature.
