KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO unveiled!

•Unveiled in the international market

•Features an 8.8-inch vertical TFT

•Powered by a 1350cc 75-degree V-twin motor

KTM has taken the wraps off its latest flagship adventure motorcycle, the 1390 Super Adventure S EVO. The bike has been unveiled in the international market and is likely to be at display at the EICMA this year.

KTM TFT / Instrument Cluster

In typical KTM fashion, the 1390 Super Adventure S EVO gets angular fairing, a boomerang-shaped LED DRL flanking the projector LED light topped by the tall transparent visor. Right below the headlight is the radar system which supports further more rider aids on the new 1390 Super Adventure S EVO. KTM will offer the bike in two paint schemes - orange with black, and white with black.

Powering the new Austrian ADV is a massive 1350cc 75-degree V-twin motor that belts out 170bhp and 145Nm and is linked to the new KTM AMT. You can toggle through the gears on the fly with the sea-saw shifter on the left switch cube. Backing up these power figures is an impressive suite of electronics. The list includes five ride modes - rain, sport, road, offroad, and custom. Then it also comes with traction control, cornering ABS, customisable ABS modes, radar system, tyre pressure monitoring system, cruise control, keyless ignition, and smartphone connectivity.

KTM Right Front Three Quarter

Making it even more versatile is the semi-active suspension system as the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO rides on 48mm WP USD front forks and a WP monoshock. Its braking hardware comprises dual front and a single rear disc with dual-channel ABS. These are mounted on a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel wrapped in 120/70 front and 160/70 rear tyres, respectively. Not to mention, it also gets adjustable clutch and brake levers.

Overall, the KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO packs a bunch of new introductions including the new vertical TFT, the AMT, and furthermore. It rivals the BMW R 1300 GS, Triumph Tiger 1200, and the Ducati Multistrada V4.
