China’s CFMoto has revealed its new tourer motorcycle, the 1250TR-G. The motorcycle features a KTM-sourced LC8 twin-cylinder motor. The latest product from the brand was unveiled at the CIMA show in China.
The motorcycle is packed with top-spec premium hardware that comprises of Brembo-sourced calipers and WP suspension setup. Anchoring setup comprises of twin discs at the front and a single rotor at the back. Suspension tasks are performed by inverted telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock at the back.
The motorcycle also boasts of the JBL stereo system and a full-colour display. The display offers multimedia controls and access to riding modes, suspension settings and tyre pressure. Touring focused hardware includes heated grips, heated seats and an electrically-adjustable windscreen.
Styling cues include a semi-fairing design, LED lighting, tall windscreen and a top-box mounted pillion back rest. The 1279cc, L-twin, liquid-cooled engine on the 1250TR-G is tuned to draw 140bhp of power.
Details about the global launch are not available yet, although CFMoto could target to bring the motorcycle to international markets after its Chinese launch. Apart from the tourer, CFMoto is also working on a KTM 790 Adventure-based adventure tourer.
