- World Adventure Week launched
- Riders need to ride for 1000kms or more in 7 days
KTM has launched a new initiative for its adventure motorcycle owners. The company is calling it the World Adventure Week and has teamed up with a mobile application brand RISER for the same.
The idea behind this initiative is for riders to ride their motorcycles for a week. The riders need to ride for 1000kms or more in seven days. There will also be different challenges each day to make things interesting. The Austrian brand wants ADV riders to explore the country and also some great trails around. The interested riders need to download the RISER app from Playstore or iOS and sign up for the challenge. The riders can start recording their rides. Interestingly, KTM has kept this open for owners of other motorcycle brands too.
While is a super cool initiative to make people rider more, it might not make sense for Indian riders to sign up for this right now. Most of the country is still under some lockdowns due to second COVID-19 wave. But the brand should come up with India specific challenges once things eases up.
