- 1290 Super Duke R EVO variant unveil soon
- Likely to get lighter components
KTM is gearing up to showcase one of their most ambitious projects – the 1290 Super Duke R EVO. This model is likely to be their most expensive streetfighter.
This variant could be positioned above the ‘RR’ model –a track focused variant, but could marketed as a road bike. This flagship brand is being given a top-spec model to help it taken on the likes of the Ducati Streetfighter V4S and the Kawasaki Z H2.
Currently, there aren’t a lot of information on this motorcycle but we can expect it to get lighter wheels, carbon-fibre body panels and some additional electronics. This bike should be unveiled around the 2021 EICMA Show that will be held in Italy. And yes, expect this KTM to be priced quite high.
