KTM to fully acquire MV Agusta?

-         MV Agusta likely to be acquired by KTM

-         Full deal may happen by 2024

Some big rumours are going around the internet suggesting that KTM is looking to fully acquire the Italian motorcycle company – MV Agusta.

According to a report, the Austrian brand is seriously considering a controlling stake in MV Agusta. Just two months ago, both companies entered a deal where KTM would distribute and also promote MV Agusta motorcycles in the USA.

Now, it looks like this partnership is likely to get stronger as the same report suggests that KTM is looking for a controlling stake in MV Agusta first, then a majority of the company, followed by full control by 2024. If this acquisition happens, it will be super interesting to see how MV Agusta performs thereafter, because this brand has seen many owners in the past.
