After denying the reports of the Pantero being discontinued a couple of weeks ago, Mahindra Two Wheelers have finally pulled the plug on the Pantero along with the Duro DZ.
The company recently launched an updated website and both the failed products were nowhere to be seen, making us believe that it has been withdrawn from the market. While the Duro DZ still managed to get some sales, the Pantero didn’t sell at all due to its pricing which was close to the Centuro that garnered more sales than the former.
Over the past few months, Mahindra Two Wheelers have been struggling with its sales. The Gusto failed to impress the market, as the products from the competitor managed to gain the sales. Mahindra is currently focusing on their upcoming motorcycle, the Mojo which is expected to be launched in the next month. It will be the company’s first entry into the premium motorcycle segment and depending on the response, it will decide the fate of the Mojo.
