Mahindra has unveiled their new 125cc scooter – the Gusto 125 in Pune. This new scooter will join the Uzo 125 and the Duro in the ever competitive 125cc segment. Check out the picture gallery of the new Gusto 125.
Cosmetically, the Gusto 125 looks identical to the Gusto 110, but Mahindra has used new paint schemes and graphics to make the scooter look different and fresh.
It is equipped with a height-adjustable seat and guide lamp. The scooter also gets a flipkey, which has an LED light.
The Gusto 125 gets drum brakes at the front and rear and sports 12-inch tyres for better stability. Only the orange rush version gets black wheels.
The Gusto 125 is powered by a 125cc four-stroke single-cylinder engine. This engine develops 8.5bhp at 7000rpm and maximum torque of 10Nm at 5500rpm.
The instrument cluster on the Gusto 125 is exactly like the one we see on the 110cc version. It also gets a small storage compartment just below the cluster
The Gusto 125 will be available with four colour options – orange rush, bolt white, monarch black and regal red.
The Gusto 125 will be launched close to the 2016 Auto Expo and might be priced between Rs 48,000 and Rs 52,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
