- Mahindra Mojo 300 BS6 to be launched soon
- Pearl Black colour revealed
- Likely to cost Rs 10,000-15,000 more than BS4 version
After teasing the launch of the Mojo 300 BS6, Mahindra has been revealing the colour options the bike will come with. Now, it has revealed the third colour called Black Pearl that will be sold alongside the Garnet Black and Ruby Red options.
The Black Pearl colour features an all-black paint scheme with contrasting white on the tail section. And unlike the other two options, the Black Pearl does not get red rim tapes. The rest of the motorcycle is similar to the BS4 model in terms of design. It features the large, twin-pod headlamps and muscular fuel-tank with a comparatively petite tail section.
The Mojo 300 is expected to retain the 295cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. However, with revisions due to BS6 compliance, the performance could vary from the BS4 model’s 26bhp and 28Nm. Nevertheless, the suspension and braking hardware continue to remain the same as before.
Mahindra could launch the Mojo 300 BS6 very soon. The motorcycle is likely to cost a premium of around Rs 10,000 over the BS4 model which was priced at Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
