Mahindra is offering benefits worth Rs 5,000 on the Centuro and Rs 2,500 on the Gusto this month. These discounts are in the form of free road tax or free insurance and exchange bonus or finance offer.
The Mahindra Centuro is offered in three variants - N1, O1 and a disc brake trim. The N1 and O1 variants were recently renamed to NXT and XT and only differ in terms of features, the former one getting all the features. Similarly, there is another Centuro Rockstar edition that is cosmetically different and cheaper than the other sibling. The Gusto is available in three trims - DX, HX and VX. The offer is available only on all these variants of these Mahindra two-wheelers.
Mahindra sales numbers shot up ever since the Centuro motorcycle was launched. The demand of the commuter motorcycle had helped the company achieve high sales figures mainly due to its aggressive pricing and new features. And despite the launch of the new Gusto scooter, Mahindra hasn't been able to keep up the sales momentum like before. Hopefully, the discounts should slowly bring in an upward trend in the sales of these products.
Mahindra is anyway doing all that is needed to improve their after-sales service in the domestic market. It is focusing on its dealer sales and service network and under this expansion drive, has opened a number of new dealerships in India in order to cater to both the sales and the after sales demands.
