Mahindra has organised special service camps in Chennai to assist its customers affected by the floods. Under the week-long campaign, Mahindra has set up 19 service camps in flood affected areas around the city, to cater to customers of Mahindra motorcycles and scooters, free of cost.
This initiative comes quick on heels of Honda, Bajaj, TVS and Yamaha offering similar services for their customers. Mahindra is also offering discounts to its customers for other basic repairs, part replacements and oil change at no extra labour cost. The company has reached out to over 6,000 customers to inform them about these special service camps. Besides these service stations, Mahindra has also deployed two mobile stations to serve customers in remote locations.
Speaking about this initiative, Mr Dharmendra Mishra, VP, sales and customer care, Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited said, "Customers are always our most important priority and we constantly strive to provide quality service to them. It is very unfortunate that the people of Chennai are suffering due to torrential rains."
