Mahindra Two Wheelers is looking to enhance its presence in the South Indian market which is a vital region for their overall sales volumes. These plans were announced at the inauguration of their three new dealerships and one new outlet in Bangalore. These include Alfa Motors at Whitefield, Synergy at Basavangudi, MSR Motors at No. 1 Magadi Main Road and Esquire Motors at Marathhalli Bridge.
The company is planning to operate 500 plus outlets by 2015 in Southern India and is in the process of finalising future network partners. The outlet personnel have been provided with training in sales management, service, spare parts and business systems, to assure customers of best-in-class, pre and post sales ownership experience.
The Pune-based manufacturer has announced to launch 10 new products in next two years. The Mojo 300 that was first unveiled in 2010 has been confirmed to make its way to the Indian market at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo.
"Strong customer demand for the Centuro has prompted us to expand our retail network in Bengaluru and the southern region. With its segment-first innovations and competitive pricing, the Centuro has proven to be a big hit among Indian two wheeler buyers. Our expanded reach will ensure that more of our customers will gain access to this motorcycle, as well as our other products,” said Dharmendra Mishra, vice-president, sales and customer care, Mahindra Two Wheelers.
