Mahindra Two Wheelers has won three awards at the CMO Asia Star of the Industry – Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2013 held in Singapore recently. The three categories where the Pune based manufacturer won the awards are the ‘Best in Class CSR Award in Manufacturing Sector’, ‘Best in Class Safety Excellence Award’ and ‘Best in Class Carbon Footprint Award’.
These awards come as a surprise due to the fact that Mahindra Two Wheelers is one of the late entrants to the Indian two wheeler industry and getting these awards clearly indicates their intention on doing serious business in India.
