Just few days ago, we got you news on the Mahindra Centuro Rockstar edition and the Arro motorcycles that were previewed at dealers meet with the launch happening in few weeks from now. Today, we have the production ready picture of Mahindra’s upcoming 110cc scooter that has been spied testing a number of times in the last few months.
Codenamed G101, this scooter will be Mahindra’s venture into the crowded yet fastest growing 110cc scooter segment. The company currently sells 80cc Kine and the 125cc scooters like the Duro and the Rodeo. This 110cc scooter, whose official name is yet to be known, is expected to get volume sales for the company. Mahindra is making sure that the new scooter will be a successful product, just like the Centuro. We believe that this picture has come up from the same dealers meet that happened few days ago. The front apron looks inspired from the segment leader, the Honda Activa and not like Kinetic Blaze, a result we came upon by looking at the spy pictures.
The new Mahindra scooter is expected to get the same 110cc engine from the Centuro but the power figures will be re-tuned to suit its nature. We are expecting the launch of this new scooter to happen sometime early next month with the pricing to be on the competitive side.
