Michelin has kick started its first brand campaign in India by launching its new video commercial. Focussing on the safety aspects of its products, the commercial stars the brand’s iconic Michelin man character.
The new commercial will feature on different television and digital platforms. It focuses on Michelin tyres’ capabilities on wet and broken roads, as well as their prowess in the braking department. With ‘safely ahead’ as the motto, the commercial centers around these three elements which Indian riders usually encounter during their commute.
During the first preview of the commercial, Gary Gutherie, president, Michelin two-wheel tyre division, Michelin Group said, “We recognise that the young generation of India today are always mobile and desire better and safer performance from their bikes. Our Michelin man, ‘Safely Ahead’ campaign illustrates how our two-wheel tyres designed specifically for Indian rides, comes with unbeatable all-round safety, road-holding, braking and overall riding pleasure that they expect from Michelin.”
