- Motoroyale to open more showrooms
Kinetic’s Motoroyale brand has begun assembling their most affordable bike, the FB Mondial HPS 300 in India. The company has added a new assembly line at its plant in Ahmednagar in Maharashtra.
Launched in November, the FB Mondial HPS 300 has received close to 100 bookings in India even after a hefty price tag of Rs 3.37 lakhs (ex-showroom Pune). The Pune-based company is positioning this bike as a premium motorcycle that has design traits of a scrambler.
The HPS 300 is powered by a 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that churns out 25hp and 22Nm of peak torque. This engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The suspension duties are taken care of by 41mm USD forks at the front and dual shocks at the rear. The bike is equipped with 280mm single disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear. ABS comes as standard. As it's a Scrambler, the bike gets 18-inch and 17-inch spoke-wheels at the front and rear respectively.
The company expects this bike to get the numbers as it’s their most affordable bike in the portfolio. It further plans to add 13 more dealerships to take the total count to 20 by December 2019.
