MV Agusta has reorganised its North American operations with the appointment of the Urban Motor Group as its official distributor and seller. Both the companies have signed an agreement to develop the US market.
The American arm of the Italian maker will now be led by Urban Motor Group. The country operations will be managed by Joseph Elasmar, CEO, Urban Motor Group. As a part of the new strategy, the companies will focus on developing and reinforcing the MV Agusta brand. It also plans to focus on the customer service department by providing quality service.
The Italian maker plans to launch a lot of limited and special editions along with its regular models to have the maximum brand impact. But before it does that, it plans to expand its dealer network in the country. The company hasn’t said the number of bikes it plans to sell in USA but it surely wants to have a wider footprint.
