The 2018 Dragster 800 RR is one of the many motorcycles MV Agusta showcased at the EICMA this year. A performance oriented version of the Brutale 800 which is available in India, the Dragster 800 RR gets a host of mechanical and cosmetic changes for next year. It gets sharper tank side panels and newly-designed triple-exhausts that make the bike look more aggressive.
The LED headlamp along with the new number plate holder houses the turn indicators which are now LED units.
The 2018 Dragster 800 RR sports a newly-designed single piece LED tail lamp that replaces the earlier twin-tail lamp setup.
The rear section of the new Dragster 800 RR gets colour co-ordinated bodywork with a new seat.
It also gets an aluminium tank pad, aluminium side brackets on the front mudguard, and brushed aluminium shield on the exhausts.
The bike’s Euro 4 compliant 798cc in-line three cylinder engine produces 140bhp and 86Nm of torque.
The six-speed gearbox, eight-stage traction control and ride-by-wire throttle system is also said to be more refined on the 2018 model.
As gorgeous as it may look, it is highly unlikely we will get to see this Italian beauty on Indian roads anytime soon.
