The motorcycle entered production in June 2020. The limited-edition model features a ‘drag race-inspired’ naked motorcycle design. The Rush 1000 is based on the Brutale 1000. Revised styling cues include a round LED headlamp, a circular LED tail lamp, a carbon-fibre wheel cover adorned with ‘04’ decals, forged aluminium wheel, and a single-sided swingarm. The motorcycle also features a muscular fuel tank, petite pillion seat and a unique design for the rear.
MV Agusta also offers a Racing Kit with the motorcycle that includes a carbon-fibre passenger seat cover and the titanium racing exhaust kit with dedicated ECU map, carbon fibre exhaust cover and assembly kit. The optional Racing Kit can be purchased and installed separately once the order of the bike has been confirmed.
Mechanical specifications include a 998cc, inline four-cylinder engine that produces 208bhp of maximum power and 116.6Nm of peak torque. The optional Racing kit pushes the peak power output to 212bhp.
