- MV Agusta Rush 1000 priced at Rs EUR 34,000 (Rs 26.9 lakhs)
- Based on the Brutale 1000
- Sports carbon fibre components and a special SC Project exhaust
The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 is a unique-looking motorcycle. And if you thought it couldn’t get better, the Italian manufacturer revealed the Rush 1000 at the 2019 EICMA. It has now pegged the motorcycle at EUR 34,000 (a whopping Rs 26.9 lakhs!)
The Rush 1000 is probably one of the most distinctive-looking streetfighters on the market. Based on the Brutale 1000, the motorcycle sports a round, full-LED headlamp that has been borrowed from MV Agusta’s RVS #1 motorcycle. The muscular tank's sharp lines and creases flows into a uniquely designed tail section which houses a round LED tail lamp.
Furthermore, the Rush 1000 sports a carbon-fibre wheel cover with ‘04’ decals that hides away a forged aluminium wheel which is mounted on a single-sided swingarm. It also comes with a special, dual-tip exhaust from SC Project. Powering the motorcycle is the same 998cc, inline-four cylinder engine from the Brutale 1000 RR which produces 208bhp of power and 116.6Nm of torque. It uses an electronic suspension setup sourced from Ohlins while braking hardware consists of Brembo Stylema calipers with 320mm discs up front.
While the MV Agusta Rush 1000 will be available in international markets only in May 2020, we expect the Italian manufacturer to introduce the motorcycle in India by 2021 in limited numbers.
