Italian two-wheeler manufacturer, MV Agusta has revealed the 2022 F3 RR for the international markets. The motorcycle is available in European markets with prices starting from 21,900 euro (Rs 18.97 lakh). The latest iteration of the middle-weight supersport motorcycle gets redesigned aerodynamics that features elements inspired by the company’s Moto2 race machines. The 2022 F3 RR is available in two dual-tone colours – Surreal White Gloss/Mamba Red Gloss and Fire Red Matte/Metallic Dark Grey Matte.
Apart from the styling revisions, the 2022 model also benefits from revised features. The motorcycle now packs an IMU that brings cornering ABS to the 2022 F3 RR. Another standard feature on the 2022 model is the Bluetooth-enabled 5.5-inch colour TFT display. Electronic rider aids include cruise control, eight-level traction control, launch control, and ABS with rear-wheel lift-up mitigation.
Mechanical specifications include a 798cc, inline three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor produces 145bhp at 13,000rpm and 88Nm of peak torque at 10,100rpm in stock form.
The company will also offer an optional Racing Kit that will bring a new Akrapovic exhaust and ECU with racing map to the 2022 F3 RR. The Racing Kit is claimed to boost the maximum power output to 153bhp. The hardware on the 2022 F3 RR includes Marzocchi upside-down front forks, Sachs rear mono-shock, twin discs at the front, and a single rotor at the back with Brembo-sourced callipers.
