New 300cc Royal Enfield Himalayan-rival from Hero MotoCorp spied again

- Gets full-LED lighting

- Packs long travel suspension

- Launch details unavailable yet

Hero MotoCorp is working on a new adventure tourer motorcycle and a test mule of this upcoming vehicle was spotted earlier this month. Now, more spy pictures of this 300cc motorcycle have surfaced, revealing further details about the vehicle.

For starters, this motorcycle will feature a tall-set exhaust canister – a design we have seen on the company’s Xpulse 200 range. It will also pack full-LED lighting and a tall-set front fender. We also got a glimpse at the upside-down front forks, rear mono-shock, box-type swingarm, and 21-inch front wheel of the motorcycle.

We had already seen the prototype model in February 2020 that featured a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled layout. Thus, we expect healthy power output figures on the adventure tourer. The prototype motorcycle also showcased a tubular trellis frame unit that used the engine as the stressed member.

The launch or unveil details are unavailable, but we may see the production-spec model in 2023. Once launched, this bike will compete against the likes of Royal Enfield Himalayan, KTM 390 Adventure and the BMW G310 GS.
