- A new fully digital console teased
- Will feature smartphone connectivity, navigation, and more
- To be launched on 30 April
Ampere Electric has released a new teaser of its upcoming NXG electric scooter, just a few days before the official launch. The teaser reveals the E-scooter’s fully digital instrument console. The unit seems to be loaded with features and packs substantial data too.
Ampere has also revealed that the NXG will feature smartphone connectivity, navigation, speedometer, tachometer, battery range, call and SMS notifications, odometer, ride modes, and other tell-tale readouts.
The Ampere NXG will be launched on 30 April. Its styling and overall appearance seem oriented towards practicality and family usage. However, the test mules spotted earlier also reveal the design to be youthful too. The frame on the Ampere NXG is likely to be an underbone unit suspended on telescopic front forks and twin rear shocks. Then, the brakes comprise a front disc and rear drum unit.
Ampere is looking forward to entering the premium EV market and rivalling the Ather, Ola, Vida, and TVS electric scooters.
