- New Grom gets LED lights
- Belly pan comes as standard
- Launched in Thailand
Honda has given its famous Grom motorcycle a decent upgrade. But this upgrade is currently limited to only the Thailand market.
For 2024, the Japanese brand gave this small motorcycle a new LED headlight and paint scheme. There’s a new belly pan installed as well. These changes have made the Grom look more modern and fun.
Honda hasn’t changed the bike mechanically. The Grom continues to be powered by the same 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The overall dimensions of the bike remain the same. There are USD forks at the front and a mono-shock at the rear. The single seat can accommodate decently sized adults.
The new Honda Grom will go on sale in Thailand soon, priced at Rs 1.65 lakh. This bike is made in Thailand and exported to a few other countries. Sadly, it won’t come to India as there’s no market for such small motorcycles. Honda tried this with the Navi, but this two-wheeler was discontinued due to poor response.
