Indian Motorcycle has unveiled the new Scout Rogue for the international markets. The motorcycle may arrive in India, although the official details are unavailable yet. While we await more information about the Indian launch of the new Scout Rogue, here we bring you detailed images of the motorcycle.
The new Scout Rogue is distinguished from the standard model through a few styling tweaks. The Rogue variant gets a new quarter fairing, mini ape-hanger handlebars, sport style seat, blacked-out fenders and valve covers, and a 19-inch front wheel.
Buyers can opt for rider comfort seat, syndicate two-up seat, and syndicate low profile passenger backrest via the optional accessories.
The standard equipment on the Indian Scout Rogue includes a halogen headlight and a semi-digital instrument cluster.
The company offers an auxiliary tachometer with a shift light as an optional extra. This auxiliary tachometer is installed next to the standard instrument cluster to display the engine’s revolutions per minute. The LED shift light, which is part of the auxiliary tachometer, illuminates to indicate recommended shift points.
The motorcycle is powered by a 1,133cc, V-twin, liquid-cooled motor that delivers 94bhp of power and 96.2Nm of peak torque.
The suspension tasks on the Indian Scout Rogue include telescopic front forks and twin rear shocks. Indian Motorcycle offers piggyback rear shocks as an optional extra. These could be adjusted for compression and rebound damping.
The anchoring setup on the Indian Scout Rogue includes single discs on both wheels.
Internationally, the Indian Scout Rogue is available in three options – Sagebrush Smoke, Black Smoke Midnight, and Stealth Gray. The Black Smoke Midnight and Sagebrush Smoke feature a matte finish while the Stealth Gray gets gloss paint.
