- KTM 990 Duke spotted testing
- India launch details unknown
- KTM 790 adventure spotted in Bajaj's Chakan factory
The images of a KTM sports naked motorcycle have surfaced online. As per the spy images, the motorcycle looks bigger and sharper compared to the 890 Duke. It looks as if the Austrian two-wheeler manufacturer has a bigger motorcycle in its pipeline. This bike is reported to be the 990 Duke.
According to the spy shots, this motorcycle gets a raised exhaust, split-type seat, sharp tank extensions, a bigger radiator, a lean tail section, dual disc at the front, a redesigned swingarm and a similar headlamp unit that we have seen on the 890 Duke (LED headlamp with DRL). The motorcycle can also be seen having a wider rear tyre, white-coloured front mudguard and orange and grey coloured highlights. This engine seems to be a new unit as it looks bigger than the 890cc motor.
While this KTM motorcycle is spied internationally, we have no official statement about its launch timeline in the country. Talking about the company's operation in the Indian market, KTM's 790 Adventure was recently spotted at Bajaj's Chakan factory, and the brand has also hiked the prices of its select models in the country. We expect to see the KTM 790 Adventure in the Indian market by this festive season.
