Ola teases five electric motorcycles, all in the concept stage

-         Adventure, cruiser models are being planned

Ola Electric had a big day yesterday. It launched a series of new electric scooters at multiple price points. And along with it, it also teased five electric motorcycles. 

From the teaser image, it is clear that Ola has ambitious plans to enter multiple segments in the EV space. The teaser image shows five e-bikes – each of these bikes will likely cater to specific segments. However, it is clear from the teaser picture that these bikes are still in the concept phase, and the image has been released to create excitement around the brand. 

The teaser shows a fully-faired, adventure, cruiser and two street bikes. Some of these e-bikes could make their way to the Indian market in the next few years, but the overall specs and features could differ from what is seen on the S1 range of e-scooters. 

We don’t have any more information on Ola’s future models, but it will be interesting to see how the brand positions these e-bikes in the Indian market. We believe some of these models will be priced aggressively, whereas some of the other bikes will pay the premium game if these bikes do manage to go into production.
