Peugeot has launched the Speedfight 4 Total Sport edition for the European market. Priced at £2,099 (Rs 2.04 lakh), the Speedfight 4 Total Sport gets a host of mechanical and cosmetic changes.
The company has always marketed the Speedfight 4 as a sporty scooter with the latest design language to lure the young consumers. And for the Total Sport version, Peugeot has gone ahead and played a lot with the cosmetics. To start with, the scooter gets a new paint scheme which is absolutely stunning. It also gets highlighted air intakes, aluminium footpegs, micro lamp crystal turn indicators, rear spoiler and a very sporty exhaust design. The company claims that the design of this scooter has been inspired from the Exalt concept car.
Peugeot has relocated the fuel tank of the Speedfight 4 to under the footboard to improve stability and handling. This 50cc liquid-cooled engine now generates five per cent more power and 15 per cent more torque than the previous models. The scooter continues to be equipped with the upside-down forks in the front and a 215cc disc in the front and 190mm disc at the rear.
We know that the Peugeot Speedfight 4 Total Sport looks stunning and you want to see it on the Indian roads, but unfortunately, it’ll never make it to India, at least not with such costly features.
