Peugeot has unveiled the facelifted Pulsion 125 for the European market. This maxi-scooter has received aesthetic as well as mechanical upgrades.
In terms of aesthetics, the Pulsion 125 gets LED lights all over. There are LED DRLs as well that enhance the overall look of the scooter. Just like the fascia, a lot of aggressive lines have been carried all over the scooter. Plus, the large windscreen makes the scooter look quite big on the road. The French brand has also installed neatly designed stripes on the wheels and also on the fascia.
This Aerox rival also gets performance numbers like the Yamaha. The Pulsion 125 gets a 125cc liquid-cooled engine that produces around 14.5bhp power and peak torque of 12.4Nm at 6900rpm. This motor is mated to a CVT gearbox that has been detuned to deliver good performance. In terms of features, the Peugeot Pulsion 125 gets a digital instrument cluster, ABS, lots of under-seat storage, USB charger and keyless ignition.
This maxi-scooter won't come to India as it is priced at over Rs 3 lakh in the European market. The Yamaha Aerox is the best performance maxi-scooter in the country right now. But there’s also the Suzuki Burgman Street which is known for its practicality and extremely fuel efficient motor.
