- Piaggio unveils special Liberty 125cc
- Gets chocolate packaging paint scheme
Piaggio has just unveiled a very special edition of the Liberty 125. The company has made this special edition to commemorate Perugina – a chocolate manufacturing company’s 100th year anniversary.
The Liberty 125 was chosen for this celebration and a paint scheme was created that will imitate the packaging of one of their highest selling chocolates. Hence, the scooter gets a navy blue paint scheme with star stickers on the fascia and the side panels. The seat too has been customised. It is now brown with silver accents on the side. The customers who will buy this Liberty 125 will also get two helmets designed after their famous chocolate.
In terms of performance, nothing changes. This 125cc scooter still churns out 10.9bhp of peak power. There have been no changes made to the gearbox. The rest of the cycle parts like brakes, wheels, and suspension, too, are the ones seen on the standard variant.
This special edition Liberty 125 is priced a little more than the standard variant and it is obviously a limited edition run.
