- Pan America, Streetfighter spotted
- Looks production ready
- Likely to be unveiled at 2019 EICMA
This is the first time Harley-Davidson’s upcoming two motorcycles, the Pan America and the Streetfighter have been spotted in flesh.
These two bikes were unveiled to the world sometime last year, through digital route i.e. via video and some social media posts. While there was a big board that read ‘Styling Prototype’ placed near these bikes, we believe these are final prototypes, and the production ready motorcycles will see similar styling.
These motorcycles were displayed at a trade show to highlight the aftermarket parts available from the American brand for its models. With these new motorcycles, Harley-Davidson plans to widen its audience base and attract more and younger crowd in to the brand. This is what the company decided to build one aggressive looking streetfighter along with a touring motorcycle that could take people places.
Currently, there are no technical specifications of these bikes. All we know that the Streetfighter will get its power from a 975cc liquid-cooled V-Twin engine, whereas the Pan America will be powered by a 1250cc V-Twin.
We are expecting Harley-Davidson to showcase these bikes at the 2019 EICMA Show. It’s the best place to gauge everyone’s reaction to these new world Harleys.
