- QJ Motor SRK 400 launched
- Powered by a 400cc, parallel-twin engine
- Priced up to Rs 3.69 lakh
QJ Motor, which recently announced its arrival in India through Adishwar Auto Ride- the same brand that retails Benelli and Keeway in the country has finally launched four models here. One is the SRK 400, which is priced at Rs 3.59 lakh, ex-showroom.
This pricing is for the white colour option whereas the black and red paint schemes will set you back by Rs 3.69 lakh, ex-showroom. Now, the QJ SRK 400 is a streetfighter-styled motorcycle with aggressive bodywork. It has a radical front end with a full-LED headlamp and a muscular fuel tank. Even the short tail section adds character to the sharp body language. What is more interesting though, is the powertrain the SRK 400 offers. As it suggests, the motorcycle is powered by a 400cc, parallel-twin engine that churns out a healthy 40bhp and 37Nm of torque.
As for features, the sheet details a dual-channel ABS, full LED lighting, a TFT display and a 13.5-litre fuel tank. Premium components like inverted forks and an offset monoshock are part of the package too. With that said, the QJ SRK 400 has stiff competition from the KTM 390 Duke, the benchmark in its class. With a price tag of Rs 2.96 lakh, the Duke is more affordable but misses out on the extra cylinder and probably a bassy exhaust note that the SRK 400 would offer from its parallel twin.
