Indian electric two-wheeler maker, Revolt Intellicorp has received a fresh investment of Rs 150 crore. RattanIndia Enterprises has acquired a substantial stake in the company through this Rs 150 crore investment.
RattanIndia Enterprises will have 50 per cent board presence in Revolt Intellicorp. Rajiv Rattan will be the Chairman of the board of Revolt Intellicorp. Through this investment, RattanIndia Enterprises has ventured into the electric vehicle space. Revolt Intellicorp will deploy the fresh capital to expand its distributor and service network across 35 cities in India. In addition to this, the company will be leveraging AI, to upscale and provide a 100 per cent in-house developed contactless experience for its customers.
Speaking about the deal, Rahul Sharma, Founder, Revolt Intellicorp said that the partnership with RattanIndia Enterprise complements the company’s vision to offer eco-friendly transportation solutions. He further added that Revolt Intellicorp looks forward to expanding its reach to a larger base of customers across top 35 Indian cities.
