Honda has announced the retro-style CB1300 for the Japanese market. The motorcycle is listed in four variants – Super Four, Super Bold’or, Super Four SP, and the Super Bold’or SP.
The Super Four variant features a naked roadster look along with a round headlight. The Super Bold’or range, on the other hand, gets a semi-fairing design and modern looking headlight design. All four variants get different colour options. Thus, the Super Four is available in Pearl Sunbeam White while its SP version gets a Pearl Hawks Eye Blue paint. The Super Bold’or and the Super Bold’or SP are available in Beta Silver Metallic and Candy-Chromosphere Red, respectively.

The changes, however, are limited to the visuals. Everything else is identical on both motorcycles. The CB1300 series uses a double cradle. The suspension setup comprises of telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock at the back while the braking setup includes twin front rotors and a single disc at the back.
The CB1300 range uses a 1,284cc, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 111.3bhp at 7,750rpm and 112Nm at 6,250rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed transmission. The gearbox benefits from a slipper and an assist clutch function while the quickshifter is available as an optional extra. The electronic rider aids include three riding modes (Standard, Sport, and Rain), traction control system, ABS, and cruise control.
