Revolt likely to launch 3 electric bikes in India

- Revolt could launch three e-bikes

- Commercial bike a possibility

- First product launch this June

Just a few days ago, Revolt Intellicorp, a new electric bike startup, revealed the design sketch of its first e-bike that is expected to hit the Indian market in June. Now, it is speculated that the company has two more e-bikes planned for India.

As we already know, the first bike will be a streetfighter. Meanwhile, the other two bikes might be launched to cater to the commercial and institutional segments. So these bikes are likely to have more utilitarian features and a bigger battery. When it comes to features, expect the Gurgaon-based manufacturer to keep it to the minimum as these bikes won’t be offered to the regular customers.

The company plans to go aggressive with its India plans. It will have 75 per cent localisation at the time of its first bike launch and 100 per cent by the end of 2020. There are no details on these two bikes as of now, but expect it to be based on the streetfighter.
