Revolt Motors has announced that it will re-open the bookings for its electric motorcycles across six operational cities in India from 18 June, 2021. The list of cities includes Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad. The company had previously stopped the booking process last month. The brand will re-open fresh bookings after confirming delivery dates for all existing orders. Interested buyers can book Revolt electric motorcycles through the company’s online booking system.
The two-wheeler maker further added that it will bring forward the delivery dates for the bookings made by customers which were earlier slated to be delivered in latter part of 2021. Revolt Motors said in a press announcement that it has been working towards increasing the production capacities to ensure a shorter waiting period.
Speaking about the development, Rahul Sharma, CEO & MD, Revolt Motors, said that the various incentives being provided around pricing schemes like the My Revolt Plan (MRP) will help consumers make the shift to electric vehicles with ease. Sharma further added that the latest modification to the FAME-II scheme with respect to the incentives will fasten the adoption of electric vehicles in the country.
The company plans to expand its distributor and service network across 35 cities in India. In addition to this, Revolt Motors is also leveraging AI to upscale and provide an in-house developed contactless experience for its customers.
