Revolt’s first electric bike passes ARAI test; Claims 156kms range

- Revolt’s first e-bike gets ARAI certification

- Claimed range of 156kms

- Likely to be launched in June

Revolt Intellicorp’s first yet-to-be named electric bike has received ARAI certification. This AI-enabled bike is expected to go on sale in June.

According to the company, the e-bike passed the stringent nail penetration, shock, all-weather and water proofing tests. In fact, it claims that that lithium-ion battery of the bike passed the test in a single attempt. The ARAI certified riding range of this bike stands at 156kms.

Just yesterday, we showed you the prototype that was on test. This test mule didn’t wear any camouflage due to which a lot of important details were revealed. The most important one was the design and the styling. The spied test mule looks like any other petrol-powered motorcycle. The only except is the engine compartment, which is covered from all side.

As per the company, the production of the bike has already commenced at its Gurgaon plant. However, it is yet to reveal its sales plan as the company doesn’t have any showrooms in the country as of now.
