Royal Enfield 750cc cafe racer spied for the first time

-Gets Monza-style front fairing

-Equipped with dual discs up front

-Likely to debut around 2026-27

After we broke the story about the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 being on its way to get a bigger 750cc engine, a new café racer, seemingly based on the same platform, was recently spied testing. Once launched, this might replace the existing Continental GT 650.

Typical of a café racer, the test bike was equipped with a burly, Monza-style front fairing which extends all the way back, till the half portion of the fuel tank. The ergonomics also seem sporty courtesy of clip-ons and rear-set footpegs. Even the seat and fuel tank are different from the 750cc Interceptor and are clearly designed specifically for this café racer. Another interesting visual bit about the test mule is the presence of a round underseat panel, just like the newly launched Bear 650.

The most evident hardware change is the inclusion of dual discs up front which should facilitate the bike with much better stopping power than the single-disc setup on the existing 650s. The test bike was running alloy wheels which are probably 18 inches in diameter. The suspension setup comprised traditional telescopic forks and we believe USDs are reserved for higher-end 750cc models like the Himalayan 750 that was spotted in August this year. As for the engine, the new motor is expected to produce 5-7bhp more than the existing 648cc, twin-cylinder mill that makes 47bhp and 52Nm.

This 750cc café racer from Royal Enfield is likely to debut around 2026-27, perhaps alongside the Interceptor 750.
