Royal Enfield has collaborated with Rev’It to launch its latest range of premium motorcycle riding gear in India. It is designed by Rev'It for Royal Enfield, with the help of adventure riding experts.
Royal Enfield is offering a range of riding jackets, gloves, and trousers for men and women riders. The company claims that the all-weather motorcycle riding gear is designed with a focus on comfort, safety, and adjustability. It gets detachable liners and armours for optimal performance and safety. The range is divided into two product categories – Sahara Air and Darcha Pro.
The Sahara Air product line is constructed using mesh fabrics and includes an all-weather jacket and riding gloves. The jacket features CE Level 2 armours for the shoulder and elbow, and a CE Level 2 back protector. It also gets a detachable hydrate rain liner. Meanwhile, the mesh gloves are made for summer riding and get a TPR knuckle protector.
On the other hand, the Darcha Pro series is designed for adventure-seeking riders and includes a riding jacket, trousers, and gloves. The jackets boast CE Level 2 protection for the shoulder, elbow, and back. It also comes with a detachable thermal liner and a hydratex rain liner.
The Darcha Pro riding pants feature CE Level 2 knee protectors and CE Level 1 hip protectors. Similar to the riding jacket, the pants also come with detachable rain and thermal liners. Meanwhile, the Darcha Pro gloves get a palm protector, TPR finger protectors, and TPU hard shell knuckle protectors. The gloves are touchscreen-compatible and feature a waterproof lining to keep the rider’s hands dry in inclement weather conditions.
