Royal Enfield has announced that the 2014 edition of the Rider Mania will take place at Vagator, Goa. Conceptualised to promote biker camaraderie and provide a platform for motorcycling enthusiasts, the three-day event will start on November 21 and is expected to witness more than 5,000 riders.
The event will cover various competitive and fun events for the riders and their family. The Rider Mania will have events like trials, dirt track racing, slow race and assembly wars, which will be organised at the venue, under floodlights. Royal Enfield has also organised special sessions on photography and motorcycling trails for enthusiasts.
Gearing up to is a big part of motorcycling experience and the company will have an independent section with its entire range of apparel for display and sale at the event. A separate section will have various customisation accessories on display.
The event will also see a custom motorcycle section, where specially modified motorcycles will go up against each other to win the title of best custom motorcycle of the event. Music is an important part of such events and bands like Papon and the East India Company, Nucleya, Alien Chutney and Skrat will perform at the event.
