Royal Enfield has announced its sales data for April 2022. The Chennai-based manufacturer sold 62,155 motorcycles in April 2022 as against 53,298 units in the corresponding month last year, registering a growth of 17 per cent.
The domestic sales grew from 48,789 units in April 2021 to 53,852 units in April this year, registering an increase of 10 per cent. The exports, on the other hand, increased by 84 per cent, and the company sold 8,303 units outside India. Royal Enfield added that the company registered stable volumes in the domestic market despite the persistent challenges on the supply front.
In more updates, the manufacturer introduced three new colour options for the Meteor 350. The Fireball variant got two new additions in the form of Fireball Blue and the Fireball Matt Green. Furthermore, the Supernova Red paint option was added to the top-end models. The motorcycle can also be personalised with special colours and Genuine Motorcycle Accessories via Make-it-Yours (MiY) feature.
