From hover-boards to kick-scooters, Segway-Ninebot has some pretty nifty products in its portfolio. And the manufacturer doesn’t plan to settle down at just that anytime soon. That’s because, at the upcoming 2020 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Segway-Ninebot has an interesting lineup that comprises of e-mopeds, e-scooters and also an interesting e-motorcycle offering.
While the manufacturer hasn’t revealed complete details of the new products, they have let out a couple of bits that have caught our attention. First up is the Ninebot eScooter. It will be offered in five variants depending on the battery capacity and power outputs. While the base variant will be capable of achieving a top speed of 50kmph, the top-spec variant will go up to 100kmph and have an impressive range of 200km. Along with the fleet of e-scooters Segway-Ninebot will also be showcasing an interesting line-up of e-mopeds at the 2020 CES.
And for the most exciting bit, Segway-Ninebot will also be showcasing its first-ever e-motorcycle, christened the ‘Apex’. To give a heads-up, the company claims that the Apex will be capable of achieving a top speed of 200kmph and accelerate from 0-96kmph in just 2.9 seconds! And considering all the tech that has been packed into the existing products, we are curious to know what more Segway-Ninebot has to offer on the Apex.
