- Available in three colour options
- Gets additional body panels for a muscular look
- Retains the engine and hardware specifications of the standard model
Suzuki has revealed the special edition GSX-S150 for the Thailand market. The new version of the 150cc naked roadster is available in three, dual-tone colour options – Yellow/Black, Black/Red and Silver/Red.
Apart from the new colours, the motorcycle also gets a new headlight cladding, radiator shroud and a body-coloured under-cowl. The new radiator cowl adds a muscular and sportier look to the roadster.
The mechanical specifications are similar to the standard motorcycle. Thus, the GSX-S150 Special Version continues to use a 147.3cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-valve, DOHC motor that produces 18.6bhp of power and 13.8Nm of peak torque. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
The hardware, similar to the standard GSX-S150, includes telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock at the back to perform the shock absorption tasks. Braking setup includes disc brakes on both wheels.
Suzuki offers a wide range of optional accessories with the standard motorcycle, and the same should also be available for the GSX-S150 Special Version. The optional extras include Yoshimura exhaust, tank pad, tank grips and a rear cowl among others.
