Suzuki will launch its GSX-S300 in the Chinese market as the Haojue DR300. The Japanese brand’s Chinese partner, Haojue Motorcycles will manufacture and sell the GSX-S300 (DR300) there. In this article, we bring you the detailed images of the motorcycle.
The GSX-S300 features a naked roadster styling. The fuel tank extensions enhance the muscular looks of the motorcycle while the design is complemented by premium features and a twin-cylinder engine.
The premium hardware on the naked roadster comprises of full LED lighting and a digital instrument cluster. Apart from the ride-related data, the instrument cluster also displays gear-position indicator, fuel economy, and temperature. The step-up seat, split-style alloy wheels and the dual-tone finish to the exhaust add a sporty look to the motorcycle.
The GSX-S300 uses a 298cc, parallel-twin engine that develops 28.8bhp of maximum power at 8,500rpm and 27.8Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed transmission.
The shock absorption duties are performed by KYB sourced upside-down telescopic forks at the front and a seven-step preload-adjustable mono-shock at the back. Stopping power comes from petal-type disc brakes on both wheels while the safety-net on the motorcycle includes dual-channel ABS.
