Suzuki has just offered the GSX-S750 with a new paint scheme in the UK. The naked roadster is priced at Euro 7,999, which converts to Rs 7.07 lakh. The company had started offering this new white/yellow colour in the US in January this year. While the motorcycle is on sale in the international markets, its arrival in India is highly unlikely. To know more about the naked roadster, let's take a look at the details of the same.
Design
The Suzuki GSX-S750 gets a sporty and aggressive look. It gets sharp tank extensions, underbelly pan, split seat setup with grab handle strap and golden coloured USD front forks. The bike is available with a total of four colour options. The newly offered one is the White/Yellow paint scheme. The white paint on the bike is complemented by a vibrant, Fluro yellow underbelly pan. The black GSX fuel tank decals, headlight surround, and 10-spoke black aluminium wheels make the motorcycle look much more aggressive.
Engine
At the heart of the Suzuki GSX-S750 sits a 749cc inline four-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that is derived from the GSX-R750. This engine produces 112.64bhp at 10,500rpm and 81Nm at 9,000rpm. All this power and torque is taken to its wheels via a six-speed transmission.
Features
The GSX-S750 comes equipped with features like Suzuki easy start system, LCD dash, five patterns for the instrument cluster, traction control system, low RPM assist and raised exhaust with a steel heat shield. The traction control system is further offered with three riding modes: mode one delivers a sporty ride with minimal intervention, mode two offers the ideal balance for typical road conditions, and mode three delivers maximum traction when riding in poor conditions.
Hardware
The motorcycle uses 41mm inverted telescopic forks at the front and link-type suspension at the rear. Meanwhile, for braking, it employs a twin petal disc at the front and a single petal disc at the rear. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels. These wheels are wrapped in tyres having 120mm width at the front and 180mm width at the rear.
